What is MFPP, and how does it differ from standard PP?

MFPP (Modified Foamed Polypropylene) is a foamed variant of polypropylene. It is lighter than solid PP due to its cellular structure, offers better thermal insulation, and uses less raw material per unit - lowering both cost and shipping weight. Both MFPP and solid PP meet the same food-grade safety standards.

Is Model 224 microwave-safe?

PP-based materials, including MFPP, are generally suitable for short microwave reheating. However, microwave safety depends on specific product testing and local regulatory requirements. We recommend confirming suitability with our team for your target market.

Can I get custom LOGO printing on the containers?

Yes. We offer both in-mold labeling (IML) for permanent, high-detail branding and post-mold printing for simpler 1–2 color LOGOs. Printing plate fees apply for custom LOGO orders; MOQ for LOGO printing is typically 20,000+ pcs.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard product MOQ is 10,000 pcs (40 cases). Customization increases MOQ: custom colors typically require 30,000+ pcs; new mold dimensions require 50,000+ pcs. We discuss MOQ during the quotation process based on your specific requirements.

How fast can I receive samples?

Stock samples: 3–7 business days after request, shipped via express courier. Custom samples: 10–15 days, depending on the customization type. Mold fees for custom samples are refundable against your first production order.

What shipping terms do you offer?
