(Most of them are gray and black, and the color and thickness are uneven after adding fillers. Generally, the fillers are white or black, and the cover is processed into a soft and thin transparent PS material.)
6. From the design point of view: 1. Standard: reasonable pressure-bearing design, thick, heavy and hard, focusing on practicality, small inclination of four corners, and large bearing capacity. 2. Poor quality: the material is loose and thin, the box is flat, (simple to make, beautiful and generous), the four corners are large inclination, and the capacity is small.
7. From a technical point of view: 1. Standard packing box: The mechanical equipment of QS certified enterprises is adopted. The packing box is in place, beautiful and textured, and the cover of the box is highly sealed. 2. Inferior packaging box: The processing machinery is simple, in order to save costs, it is done in one step, the packaging box is not well formed, the edges are rough and burrs, there is no cover and half ears, and the sealing degree of the box cover is not guaranteed.
How can consumers ensure the safety of single-use packaging?
Choose a reputable supplier and verify the origin of the product in detail.
The bottom or cover of conventional products should be printed with QS certification number and material identification number, such as the "symbol" of PP material.
If you do not know the performance of the product, try to avoid using it at a high temperature above 80 °C.
When purchasing, it is best to choose primary color transparent products with a high safety factor.
When heated, it has no odor, no deformation, and softens into a safe packing box.
