The bowl body is molded from food-grade PP (polypropylene) in black, paired with a crystal-clear PP lid. The lid does not just rest on the rim - it snaps onto four distinct locking points around the circumference, which is the actual leak-resistance mechanism (not a generic adhesive seal). 1.3 Usage & Care

 

For microwave reheating, remove the clear lid first - reheating with the lid locked on can cause warping or steam pressure build-up. The lid itself withstands the same temperature range as the bowl but is not required during microwaving. For hot broths, some condensation forming on the inside of the lid during transport is normal and does not indicate a seal failure. PP is freezer-safe down to -4°F (-20°C); leave about 10% headspace when freezing liquid-based dishes to allow for expansion.

2.1 Asian Noodle Soups (Ramen, Pho, Laksa, Udon)

Q1: Are these take out bowls with lids microwave-safe?

The PP bowl is microwave-safe. Remove the clear lid before microwaving to prevent warping or steam pressure build-up.

Q2: Can the lid be used for hot liquids?

The clear lid is designed to seal the bowl during transport. For hot soup, the lid may develop condensation on the inside, which is normal. The lid itself withstands the same temperatures as the bowl.

 Q3: Are these bowls leak-proof?
