1. Plate: pattern design ---- separation ---- electronic plate
2. Laminated: the outer layer of inner composite ---- 48 hours curing
3. Printing: the outer layer of 5-color gravure printing
4. Bag Making: Cutting make it be a Separate bag
Commonly used materials:
1. Double-layer plastic laminated film: polyester / polyethylene PET / PE, nylon / polyethylene NY / PE
Application: general packaging, without high-temperature cooking, transparent display of the contents
2. Double-layer plastic high-temperature cooking film: polyester / polypropylene PET / CPP, nylon / polypropylene NY / CPP
Applicable: high temperature cooking, resistant to 110 ℃ -120 ℃ above high temperature. The contents can be displayed transparently
3. Three-layer aluminum-plastic laminated film:
Polyester / Aluminum / Polyethylene PET / AL / PE Nylon / Aluminum / Polyethylene NY / AL / PE
Polyester / Aluminum / Polypropylene PET / AL / CPP Nylon / Aluminum / Polypropylene NY / AL / CPP
Application: High grade packaging, light-proof, do not display the contents.
Design Note:
Plastic laminated bag: transparent, generally a colorful pattern in one side; the other side of the part of the transparent, so that consumers can see the beverage within the bag. When make a design, pay more attention to the color pattern and content.
Aluminum-plastic laminated bag: opaque, the design can take full advantage of aluminum metallic luster.
Easy to tear: If you do not use straw, should be increased when the bag easy to tear. Pattern design to remind consumers easy to tear mouth position.
Cursor requirements: Some bags need to increase the cursor identification mark (such as black box) at a certain position in the pattern.
Production date Description: It is recommended to use thermal printer to print the date, hot code machine effect is good, cheap. The position of the date of manufacture indicated in the design shall be the same as the actual date of printing.
Other requirements: product standards, health permits, shelf life, ingredients, bar codes and general products the same.
