Is the food plastic bag harmful after heating? Plastic bags with gimmicks in daily life are usually heated in plastic bags or plastic bags filled with milk. They will be placed in a microwave oven for heating. Sometimes they will smell some plastic.
The general plastic products for food are polyethylene and polypropylene, and they should be safe to be heated in water. At the same time, many other plastic products containing food will add some other additives, such as mold release agents and lubricants. At high temperatures, some active ingredients may be decomposed, but this high temperature cannot be our hot water bubble. The temperature is not reached at 100 °C.
In the past two years, new packaging in the Chinese beverage market has gradually increased. Currently, there are several types of plastics used in beverage packaging:
1, PE (polyethylene):
PE is the world's largest synthetic resin and the most expensive plastic packaging material. Polyethylene products are divided into low density, medium density and high density. Among them, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) has a high degree of crystallinity, and its hardness, airtightness, mechanical strength, and chemical resistance are good, so it is widely used in blow molding to form hollow containers such as bottles. Utilizing the characteristics of PE heat sealing performance, the containers made of various composite materials can hold various beverages such as lemon juice and juice.
2, PVC (polyvinyl chloride): PVC can be roughly divided into three categories of hard products, soft products and paste products. The seamless line of PVC bottles produced by the injection-blow method has a thin and uniform wall and can contain carbonated beverages such as cola and soda. The PVC bottles produced by extrusion blow molding are only suitable for juice and mineral water.
3. PP (Polypropylene): The development of polypropylene transparent packaging bottles is a hot spot in plastic packaging at home and abroad in recent years. With the development of the transparent modifier —— nucleating agent, 0.1% & mdash; — 0.4% sorbitol xylene (benzaldehyde) nucleating agent was added to ordinary PP to produce high transparent PP. The bottle can be widely used in beverage packaging requiring heat sterilization such as concentrated juice, etc., which is suitable for price, pressure and temperature resistance, and is a new competitor of PS, ABS, PET and PE bottles.
